FREE LOCAL DELIVERY:
Free Local delivery available to our very large local delivery area for online and instore purchases. (Crows Nest to Manly, Manly to Ingleside). These are subject to staff availability and may need to be planned for delivery later in the week. Please note it is normally one of our staff that is delivering this to you, not couriers - so please meet them at the street outside your nominated address and retrieve your order from their car. if it is a heavy item, please have two persons meet the car and driver.
We prefer someone is home to accept the delivery - however we understand this is not always easy. if there is no one home, we will leave at a safe space and send you a photo of the delivery. Should there be no safe place to leave your delivery, we will not leave your parcel. Should we have to reschedule we will advise via text at the time of delivery.

Once your order is placed, we will check the address delivery, and text you the day of scheduled delivery. Delivery times are normally Wednesdays or Fridays 5.45pm-7.30pm only window. No local deliveries are available during trading hours (as we are working the store) No local deliveries available on weekends / public holidays.

NO DELIVERIES OVER THE CHRISTMAS RUSH
No local deliveries are available during last two weeks of November to end of the first week of January - sorry we are too overwhelmed with Christmas stock at the warehouse and will not be able to offer deliveries during this time. We recommend that you utilise the pickup option instead and we will see your purchase and package that up for you and hold it until you come into the store.
ONLINE ORDERING SHIPPING:
Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia
Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with tracking details and status of delivery.
Bulky Items – are calculated and quoted separately from the checkout. For extremely bulky items or remote locations, a surcharge may apply, and you will be asked for approval to proceed before hand.
Dispatched orders are done through our Aus Post or Courier networks. Signature for delivery may be required, and should no one be available to accept the delivery, Aus Post will normally leave a card with collection instructions to their nearest allocated Aus Post outlet.
Authority to leave – Aus Post will normally leave it in a safe place. Should there be no evident safe place, a calling card will be left with nearest outlet instructions to pick up your parcel. No responsibility will be taken for missing left parcels or damaged parcels due to a result of leaving goods on premises.
** Please add your Mobile phone number to your orders so delivery drivers can contact you if needed at point of delivery.
Australia wide Delivery times:
2-5 business days NSW ACT, VIC metro areas
7-14 business days for other Australian states, & rural areas
International Orders
International Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post International or FED EX Courier Networks.
Delivery will be quoted on a situational basis, depending on the items you would like to order. Please email us at orders@tahei.com.au for quotation shipping, and delivery times to your area.
As a general rule, a standing shipping fee is applied to each order. Should there be a discrepancy in the applied standing shipping fee and actual fee (be it more or of lesser value) you will be notified. In the instance of additional shipping charges outside what has already been applied - you will be asked to confirm to accept the shipping charges, and will need to be issued a paylink, which will need to be paid before goods are dispatched.
In the instance of an overcharge of shipping charges, you will be reimbursed the difference back through the payment method used initially.
Exchanges are not available for international orders – if a product is not suitable, customer assumes responsibility and associated costs of the return for a refund of product. Please let us know at orders@tahei.com.au
Large bulky items may be shipped internationally at customer's cost - we will get it packed up with PACK & SEND, you will receive a shipping pay link to your email address to approve.
Tariffs, Taxes, Import Duties
Product may be subject to import duties or sales taxes and tariffs relevant to your country. Should goods attract customs fees and tariffs, it is the responsibility of the consumer for any that are incurred.
Recently there have been significant changes within some countries, and it is important for our clients to be aware that you should check potential tariff schedules in your country. In some instances, international courier companies will advise you and require you to process the charge before delivering your parcel.
New Zealand delivery 7-15 business days metro areas, 15-25 days rural areas.
Cook Islands and South Pacific regions: delivery 15-25 days. Those ordering from the outer islands will need to factor in shipping from the main island to the outer islands and associated timeframes that apply.
Europe, Eastern Europe/Asia/Americas/Africa/Middle Eastern Areas, UAE: 15-25 Days shipping, some additional shipping charges may apply to some areas, and we will notify you beforehand of any increase of shipping charges that incur.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchange/Refund is available for unused product in its original condition and undamaged packaging, tags and labels still attached within 14 days of the date of purchase, or date of delivery, with store receipt or invoice if purchased online.
Items purchased online may be returned in store and are processed immediately. Please have your invoice/purchasing paperwork with the product.
Change of mind returns - customer has full responsibility for product during transit and associated costs of postage.
Product to be returned must be back with the store within the 14 days timeframe.

Faulty Product
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please provide photographs of the goods, and email as soon as possible to orders@tahei.com.au and we will reply as quickly as possible to resolve the issue for you. Exchange or full refund including postage charges apply.
