FREE LOCAL DELIVERY:

Free Local delivery for bulky items available for instore purchases only, and are processed either in store, or via phone order.

ONLINE ORDERING SHIPPING:

Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia
Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with tracking details and status of delivery.

**Due to COVID issues affecting couriers and postal networks, we are advised of longer than usual delivery timeframes**

Bulky Items – calculated at the checkout. For extremely bulky items or remote locations, a surcharge may apply, and you will be asked for approval to proceed before hand.

Dispatched orders are done through our Sendle and Aus Post networks. Signature for delivery may be required, and should no one be available to accept the delivery, Aus Post will normally leave a card with collection instructions to their nearest allocated Aus Post outlet.

Authority to leave – with authority to leave, Aus Post will normally leave it in a safe place. Should there be no evident safe place, a calling card will be left with nearest outlet instructions to pick up your parcel. No responsibility will be taken for missing left parcels or damaged parcels due to a result of leaving goods on premises.

** Please add your Mobile phone number to your orders so delivery drivers can contact you if needed at point of delivery.

Australia wide Delivery times:
2-5 business days NSW ACT, VIC metro areas
7-14 business days for other Australian states, & rural areas

**Due to current COVID-19 impacts, all delivery networks are experiencing higher than usual volumes & additional restrictions, causing delays in shipping beyond our control. We will monitor your delivery, and take necessary action to resolve any issues as quickly as possible**

International Orders
International Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post International.
Delivery will be quoted on a situational basis, depending on the items you would like to order. Please email us at orders@tahei.com.au for quotation shipping, and delivery times to your area.

Exchanges are not available for international orders – if a product is not suitable, customer assumes responsibility and associated costs of the return for a refund of product. Please let us know at orders@tahei.com.au

Large bulky items cannot be shipped internationally.

Product may be subject to import duties or sales taxes relevant to your country. Some goods may attract customs fees, and is the responsibility of the consumer.

New Zealand delivery 7-15 business days metro areas, 15-25 days rural areas.


Exchanges and Returns

Exchange/Refund is available for unused product in its original condition and undamaged packaging, tags and labels still attached within 14 days of the date of purchase, or date of delivery, with store receipt or invoice if purchased online.

Items purchased online may be returned in store and are processed immediately. Please have your invoice/purchasing paperwork with the product.

Change of mind returns - customer has full responsibility for product during transit and associated costs of postage.

Product to be returned must be back with the store within the 14 days timeframe.

Faulty Product

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please provide photographs of the goods, and email as soon as possible to orders@tahei.com.au and we will reply as quickly as possible to resolve the issue for you. Exchange or full refund including postage charges apply.
